A professional window cleaner is more than just having a license, insurance, good equipment, and experience. That may be a good start, but a professional should go beyond what is the minimum requirements. We believe that a professional should be trained and skilled expert certified in his field.
Unmaintained windows will eventually stay dirty permanently. Considering your home is most likely your most value asset you want to keep it nice. You wouldn’t want to pay $25,000 to get all new windows when it would cost $250 to clean yearly. If you are looking to sell your home, window washing is rated the best return on investment when selling a home
Call us and we would be more than happy to give you a price average for a comparable job to yours. Also, before we begin your service we can add up your job with our price formula sheet and give you a written breakdown. Any questions you might have can be addressed before we get started.
For our large commercial clients one of our field managers will come out to see the job and give you a written estimate.
We focus mainly on glass. We are more than happy to vacuum tracks and scrub sills and frames, and that entails an extra charge. This needs to be worked out with the estimator prior to your scheduled appointment.
Yes we can! America’s Best Window cleaning has a process in which we can safely remove material such as paint, varnish, caulk, concrete, stucco, stickers and sheet rock from windows. This does take longer and is not included in the normal estimate, this would be considered a construction clean up job.
We take pride in our work and also treat our customers home as if it were our own. We wear booties in your home and your home is left cleaner than when we arrived. We really care about your home!
We always use a professional, environmentally friendly cleaning solution for the task at hand. We also use a system known as the Water Fed Pole on the exterior which is a purified water system that eliminates the need for a squeegee. As such, it also eliminates the chance of streaks or drips on the glass because the de-ionizing water dries spot free. We are able to reach up to 4 stories with this method so it also is safer because we eliminate the need for ladders.
Visit www.tuckerusa.com for more info on the water fed pole.
Note: This method of cleaning is not available in New Jersey at this time.
It’s possible but not a guarantee. You see there may be reasons why you can’t locate the man who did you windows last year. He may have moved but chances are he priced himself out of a job and is in search of another line of work. Price is always a concern but knowing your window cleaner is a certified professional that will provide guaranteed work for years to come is priceless.
If you wish to be home during the window cleaning, we are happy to schedule an appointment which suits your schedule. However, it is not always necessary for you to be home for the entire appointment. We can start on the interior window cleaning and you can lock up your home and leave while we continue on the exterior, as long as your screens pop out. In cases of vacancies, your presence is optional but not a necessity, as long as access is provided.
Note: This may not apply to homes in New Jersey if your home has screens because most screens need to be removed and then reinstalled from the inside.
Certainly!According to a survey of 2000 real estate agents conducted by HomeGain.com and reported on Money Magazine, having your windows cleaned is one of the most cost-effective and high-return investments you can make on your home to get it ready to sell.
You can have just the outside windows leaned, but it is highly recommended to clean both the inside and outside windows, since it is difficult to tell which side of the glass dirt or smudges are on. Cleaning both sides is the only way to ensure that you are getting the highest quality of cleaning. Streaks or dirt on the other side of the glass can be very deceiving. People are often amazed at how clean their windows are when they are done professionally.
One exception to cleaning only the outside windows would be recurring customers who have their windows cleaned several times per year.
First, we guarantee all our work to our customer’s complete satisfaction. Second, we also have a full 2 week weather guarantee for our residential maintenance clients. This attests piece of mind knowing we will always oversee the weather conditions and forecasts so clients don’t have to.
Rain doesn’t make your windows dirty, dirt does. The dust from landscapers, tree pollen, exhaust, and many other sources settles on your windows and rain drops causing the dirt to move around your windows leaving an obscured view after the rain dries. The residue is now very visible because it’s been spread over the window. Clean windows remain clean after the rain because once the water dries there is nothing left behind to obscure your view.
America’s Best provides seasonal reminder postcard twice per year and we also attempt to call periodically to remind our customers that they are due for a cleaning.

This problem is referred to as IG or insulated glass failure. Many windows don’t experience IG for years while others become clouded within months. If you are experiencing this, refer to your warranty. The reasons behind IG trace back to manufacturing mistakes or oversight. Even the best fabricators will make mistakes. However, the window is still defective and not your fault. Providers of quality glass will stand behind their products.
